Hiya friends! It sure has been a while since I’ve commited to a blog but almost a year later since my last post, here I am!
Life has unexpectedly slowed down a little for me so it’s nice to be back here sharing my beautiful clients with the blogging world.
2020 has been a hot mess express y’all. From Kobe, to Covid, murder hornets, personal family matters and most recently losing a job that I loved, I’m honestly ready for 2020 to take a freakin’ hike already. I think a lot of my clients/brides/grooms and parents are too!
This year has caused so many headaches for brides and the event industry in general, we’re about to hit peak wedding season and some are pushing back dates, scaling back guest lists or even eloping. Whatever the case may be for you and your crew, I’m here for you.
I met Jerilyn and Andrew last year for their engagement photos and when we did those at Broad Run there was no way in heck that we would have ever imagined that they would have to completely change their event venue and wonder if their wedding was even going to be able to happen. But it did. I was there. And it was GORGEOUS.
Jerilyn and Andrew were married at Hubers Lake House on August 29, 2020 on a perfectly gorgeous day. If you had looked at the weather earlier in the week, you would have thought that it was going to be a wash out but luckily the skies cleared and the weather was amazing for their outdoor wedding.
Jerilyn’s dress was from Rebecca’s Wedding Boutique and the guys suits were from Men’s Warehouse. The floral work was done by a friend and it was stunning along with all the details and coordination by Something Blue Events. The entire day came and went without a hitch.
Here are some of my favorites from this wedding.
xoxo
